Our Story

Endl Security and Consulting Services was founded by a former Dane County Sheriff’s Office officer with over 20 years of service across patrol operations, courtroom security, K-9 units, SWAT, and drug and gang task forces. That background provides the foundation for everything we do.

Our leadership has firsthand experience responding to high-risk situations, managing public safety operations, and working within complex environments where clear decision-making and calm leadership matter most. That experience continued beyond traditional law enforcement through leadership roles in school security, where protecting vulnerable populations and maintaining safe, supportive environments became a daily focus.

Today, that same commitment to public safety lives on through our work with businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, event organizers, and communities across Wisconsin.
